Phony News:  US to sue big banks on mortgage fraud

By Gary,

The agency that oversees U.S. mortgage markets is preparing to file suit against more than a dozen big banks, accusing them of misrepresenting the quality of mortgages they packaged and sold during the housing bubble, The New York Times reported.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency, which oversees mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, is expected to file suit against Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, among other banks, the Times reported, citing three unidentified individuals briefed on the matter.

The government will argue the banks, which pooled the mortgages and sold them as securities to investors, failed to perform due diligence required under securities law and missed evidence that borrowers' incomes were falsified or inflated.

Why is no one in jail?

You are a puppet dancing on the strings of your political party of choice.

In 2003 a strange thing happened to me.  Out of the blue I saw the strings of our Puppetmasters.  Suddenly I could connect the dots of what appeared to be separate current events.  I could see as clear as day the lies being told to the public to cover the tracks of the thieves who are looting the nation.

It was then that I learned a new word  -  Sheeple.  I tried to tell politically aware friends about the looting of America and for my trouble I was told I was "crazy."  You can't tell people the truth.  They must discover the truth by themselves.

So here is a little truth about the latest PHONY news story on the banking loan fraud that imploded our economy.

The United States has been viciously gang raped. . . . and no one is in jail.  Instead our Beltway Puppetmasters issue phony, pretend press releases about how the government is going to file a phony, pretend law suit against the banks that committed loan fraud . . . all happening as if by "magic" right before the 2012 election.

BULL SHIT.

If you stick up a liquor store and steal $200 the police hunt you down and put you in jail.  But if trillions are stolen through loan fraud nothing happens and no one goes to jail.  Instead a suit is filed and maybe someone might pay a fine, someday, sometime, maybe.

Senator Chris Dodd, the former chairman of the Banking committee, got special personal loans and millions in corrupt bank contributions do to the bidding of the banking industry.

As a reward for services rendered a job was arranged for Dodd as Chairman of Motion Picture Association of America.  Other politicians from both parties had also lined up to get their share of the corrupt banking money.

It is a good old boys network where you are played for a fool.

The banks commit loan fraud, no one goes to jail and the taxpayers bailout the banks and / or the Federal Reserve gives the banks free money to cover their losses.

No investigations are done because the corruption is Bi-Partisan.  The Republicans controlled Congress until January 2007 and the White House till January 2009.  They did nothing to investigate or regulate the fraud.  When the Democrats took power still nothing was done.  Again, the payoffs and corruption is Bi-Partisan.

2012 Election:  Here is the problem.  There are two gangs of rapists roaming the country.  Both of them have fucked us.  But they will be the only two gangs on the 2012 ballot.  We are screwed.

The U.S. is the only democratic nation on the earth where there are only two viable political parties for the voters to select from.  There needs to be election reform to break the power of the rapist gangs that run this nation.
