Obama's Food Nazis attack little children

Obama Food Nazis  -  A Utah school is fined $15,000 for daring to serve soda without getting permission from their Marxist Overlords in Washington.
  • A program for the arts will be cut to pay Obama his blood money.

A Utah high school is learning the hard way that the Federal Food Nazis are serious about telling students what food they will be allowed to eat.
                                            .
Davis High School in the Salt Lake City area is having to fork over a whopping $15,000 in fines to the Feds because it accidentally sold soda through a vending machine during lunch reports ABC News, KTVX-TV.
                                                                               .
Federal law requires the school to turn off its soda machines during the lunch period, which is 47 minutes a day. And Davis High school did turn off the machines in the lunch room. However, the school didn‘t realize that there was another machine in the school bookstore that wasn’t being turned off. And when the food police realized it, the school was hit with a $0.75 fine per student for the duration of the offense.
                                     .
Now the school is going to have to cut money to fine arts programs to make up the cost.

Truth in Advertising Disclosure.
While it is entertaining as Hell to piss all over the Big Brother Democrats on the growth of the centralized Federal Dictatorship there are a few points to note.  The problem with Big Government is it is bi-partisan.

For example, the often insane, dictatorial and intrusive Food and Drug Administration.  The agency was created in 1906 by Republican Theodore Roosevelt, a Republican U.S. Senate and a Republican House of Representatives.

The un-Constitutional centralization of power in the non-elected FDA and the many other agencies has been totally bi-partisan.  Since 1906 Republicans have shown in budget after budget that they are more than happy to vote funding for every possible centralized big government program ever created.
