Lap-dancing clubs and massage parlours can get grants worth up to £2,275 for every youngster they hire through JobCentres reports the UK Mirror.,

Labour is demanding proper research by ministers to see if girls there end up as sex workers.

MP Fiona Mactaggart says she has met teenagers who started as cloakroom attendants and went on to do sex acts for money.

She said: “Parents don’t want their daughters working in these environments. Taxpayers should not subsidize teens into this kind of work.”

The DWP said: “To be eligible for our schemes, jobs must not exploit vulnerable jobseekers.”

JobCentres are banned from advertising “vacancies which involve performing sexual activities”.
