"Conservatives" try to fight back against UKIP

Free Elections - What a Concept

  • The so-called "Conservative" Party in Britain is in collapse because of their support for unlimited immigration.  The UKIP won a seat in Parliament last month crushing the Tories.
  • Tories are in a panic as a special election approaches this November.

The Conservative Party MP Jacob Rees-Mogg is campaigning in Rochester with his seven-year-old son against Mark Reckless, who defected from the Tories to Ukip in September.

Walking side by side down a suburban Rochester street, campaign leaflets in hand and blue rosettes on their chests, Jacob Rees-Mogg and his young son Peter make for an idyllic picture of English politics.
Like his father, and his father before him, seven-year-old Peter is already a staunch Conservative, with his views on Ukip fully formed. "I think they're absolutely nuts," he says, to the delight of the elder Rees-Mogg reports the Telegraph.
Unfortunately the youth of Rochester are not all as sympathetic. Later on that day, the colourful Tory MP is cornered on Rochester’s high street by a sceptical 14-year-old Ukip activist who wants to discuss David Cameron’s EU renegotiation. "He should just have the referendum and get out," the boy tells Mr Rees-Mogg.
With twenty days to go until the by-election, all parties are out in force, and Mr Rees-Mogg is not among the third of MPs who have defied David Cameron's campaign in the constituency.
“I’m a great lover of by-elections,” he says, “and have been to most, but not all, since 1986.”

Free Elections
Many real choices on the ballot for voters.  Free elections.
What a concept.  Maybe we should try freedom in the United States.

No to unlimited immigration
Mark Reckless resigned from Parliament because he could no long stand what so-called "Conservatism" had become.
